Welcome to the Natural State Signature Services LLC General Notary Work Documents page. This resource includes commonly requested affidavits, sworn statements, identity documents, court and government forms, vehicle and personal-property documents, copy-custodian affidavits, and other documents that may require notarization.

Select a document below to learn its common purpose, possible notarization requirements, where to obtain it, and important information to confirm before your appointment. Not every document listed requires notarization. The document, issuing agency, receiving organization, or applicable law determines whether notarization, witnesses, an oath, or another signing procedure is required.

Important Notary Disclaimer

Natural State Signature Services LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We do not select, draft, prepare, complete, or interpret documents; determine whether a document is legally sufficient or appropriate; advise a signer which document to use; or choose the notarial act for a customer.

The signer must provide the completed document and identify the notarial act required by the document or receiving organization. If the document does not contain notarial wording, the signer must obtain instructions from the document issuer, receiving organization, or a licensed attorney.

A notarization verifies the completion of an authorized notarial act. Depending on the certificate, this may include identifying the signer, taking an acknowledgment, witnessing a signature, or administering an oath or affirmation. Notarization does not prove that the document’s statements are true, lawful, enforceable, or acceptable to its recipient.

Each signer must personally appear as required, present acceptable identification, demonstrate willingness and awareness, and complete the required signing procedure. Do not sign a document in advance when it requires a witnessed signature or an oath or affirmation before the notary.

Have Your Documents Already?

If you already have a completed document that requires notarization, Natural State Signature Services LLC can help complete an eligible notarial act. Mobile, in-person electronic, or Remote Online Notarization may be available depending on the document, signer’s location, witness requirements, document format, and receiving organization’s acceptance policies.

Please do not sign a document in advance when it requires a witnessed signature or an oath or affirmation before the notary. Each signer must personally appear as required, present acceptable identification, demonstrate willingness and awareness, and satisfy the requirements of the requested notarial act.

Before scheduling, confirm that you have the correct and complete document, that the receiving organization accepts the proposed notarization method, and that any required witnesses will be available.

Remote Online Notarization Notice

Remote Online Notarization is not appropriate or accepted for every document. The commissioned electronic notary must be physically located in Arkansas during the notarial act.

Signer location, identification requirements, document format, witness requirements, platform capability, and recipient acceptance must be confirmed before the appointment. Documents requiring wet-ink originals, physical witnesses, specialized procedures, foreign-recipient approval, or another agency’s in-person process may not be suitable for Remote Online Notarization.
